Webcam Tracker can capture Vidéo at high frame rates depending on your Vidéo capture device performance. Captured data can be broadcasted via 3 methods: creating WWW server on your computer, uploading images to FTP server or simply saving images to local disk.
Program events are logged, so you can get full description of every event (information events, warnings or error messages).
